Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor process engineering or related experience.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
• Eligible to work in the United States and travel globally.
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing environments or process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new laser annealing applications that improve device performance and manufacturability.
• Translate customer process challenges into validated solutions for adoption of Veeco technologies.
• Establish and standardize methods for process development and control across labs.
• Drive cross-functional problem resolution with engineering, service, product management, and sales teams.
• Evaluate process performance using diagnostics, data, and statistics to expand capabilities.
• Present technical findings and product capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
• Train customers and internal teams on process methodology and system operation.
