Job summary

M5D (formerly MasterGraphics) is seeking a Field Services Engineer to install, diagnose, repair, and service industrial 3D printers for customers in Ohio. This remote role covers central or eastern Ohio with travel to sites in the Cincinnati area, and a company vehicle is provided for daily assignments.

The position emphasizes hands-on electronics, 3D printing, and mechanical repair within manufacturing, design, and construction industries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, technical role focused on industrial 3D printers.
• Install, diagnose, repair and service 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Willing to travel throughout Ohio; some overnight stays may be required; company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up 3D printing systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair complex 3D printers and post-processing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Train customers on printer operation and maintenance.
• Stay current on product knowledge and required training/certifications.
• Manage service logs and coordinate with dispatch.
