M5D (formerly MasterGraphics) is seeking a Field Services Engineer to install, diagnose, repair, and service industrial 3D printers for customers in Ohio. This remote role covers central or eastern Ohio with travel to sites in the Cincinnati area, and a company vehicle is provided for daily assignments.

The position emphasizes hands-on electronics, 3D printing, and mechanical repair within manufacturing, design, and construction industries.

Qualifications

Dedicated to the manufacturing, design, and construction industries, this position focuses on installing and servicing 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing solutions. We represent industry leaders such as HP, AMT Solutions, and One Click Metal, among others. This Field Service Engineer will join our experienced professional team of award‑winning technicians.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• This is a hands‑on, technical role focused on industrial 3D printers:
• Install and set up 3D printing systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and repair complex 3D printers and post‑processing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Train customers in how to use and maintain printers
• Maintain knowledge of products and technical developments, as well as required training and certifications
• Manage service logs and coordinate with dispatch

This position is remote in central or eastern Ohio (Cincinnati area preferred) and covers customers in Ohio and surrounding areas. Daily travel and occasional overnight stays are required. A company vehicle will be provided.
