Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Service Engineer 1 to perform preventive maintenance, assist in installation, and troubleshoot medical equipment. The role emphasizes timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain service logs, manage parts, and respond to escalated issues. Travel and after-hours work may be required as part of ensuring uptime for deployed devices.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or military/equivalent experience.
• Proficient with web and Microsoft applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physically capable of lifting 35 lbs and performing physical tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including after-hours and weekends.
