Qualifications

• Technical background in automation, electromechanical systems, robotics, or intralogistics (preferred).

• Experience with commissioning, maintenance, or service engineering is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Customer site support — Maintain active customer sites to ensure system availability and stability.
• System commissioning — Perform commissioning and testing of AutoStore hardware and software before handover.
• Troubleshooting events — Handle customer support issues via remote tickets and on-site troubleshooting.
• Documentation creation — Produce detailed SOPs and resolution method documents.
• Customer training — Deliver initial and ongoing training for end users and maintenance teams.
• Ramp-up support — Assist customers during post-handover ramp-up Phase of new projects.
• Travel requirements — Travel to project sites for trips of about a week; total travel 60–70%.

He/she will conduct preventive maintenance, resolve technical issues remotely and at customer sites, lead training efforts, and perform commissioning and testing of the AutoStore system. Support will be focused on the AutoStore product but could include additional third-party systems and integrations based on the specific customer site.This is a customer-facing position. The candidate will need strong communication, customer service, technical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
