Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical lab analyzers and other instrumentation in the Davenport, IA area. Role requires installation, maintenance, and preventive servicing of complex lab equipment, with a focus on customer relations and on-site training.

Candidates must have an electronics certificate or AAS, strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and be willing to travel overnight. Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, tools, and trunk stock (parts).
• Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater DAVENPORT, IA (QUAD CITIES AREA)

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater DAVENPORT, IA.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
