Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and maintain medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Memphis area. The role requires a background in electronics and electromechanical troubleshooting and involves overnight travel.

You will install, service, and perform preventive maintenance while building solid customer relations. A Certificate or AAS in electronics and at least 3 years of field service experience are required; COVID-19 vaccination is

Qualifications

• Overnight travel is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Maintain a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, trunk stock).
• Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of instrumentation.

No Relocation. Need to reside within the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.

• Provides basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

Benefits:

• Base salary 65K - 85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
