Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Memphis is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated hematology and chemistry analyzers in the greater Memphis area. The role requires extensive electronics/troubleshooting skills and will involve overnight travel; vaccination against COVID-19 is required.

Candidates should have 3+ years of field service experience, preferably with medical instrumentation, and reside within the MEMPHIS, TN area.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics required.
• Minimum 3 years field service engineering experience.
• Overnight travel required.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools and spare parts.
• Provide basic on-site training regarding operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater MEMPHIS, TN area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greater MEMPHIS, TNarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.


• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.


• Overnight travel will be required


• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer


• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.


• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.

• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

Benefits:

• Base salary 65K - 85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
