Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot medical equipment at client sites in Austin, TX. You will assist experienced engineers with installations and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency with web apps and Microsoft Office. You will work under hospital protocols and company policies to keep equipment safe and available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military education with 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
• High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience with Web applications and Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate preventative maintenance on medical equipment.
