Job summary

Dover’s Vehicle Service Group in Madison, Indiana is seeking a seasoned Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily field technician activities. You will ensure timely service delivery, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate work orders and records.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you’ll optimize schedules, track work status, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment on site in Madison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience coordinating field service teams is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM and dispatch software is expected.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and track field service technicians.
• Communicate with customers and vendors; provide updates and timelines.
• Create and manage work orders; enter data into dispatch system.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activity.
• Resolve delays and issues; optimize routes and resource use.
• Provide exceptional service and support to customers.
