Job summary

Vehicle Service Group (VSG) in Madison, Indiana, seeks a seasoned Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the daily activities of field service technicians, ensuring timely service delivery to customers.

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will communicate with customers and technicians, schedule workloads, enter work orders, maintain accurate records, and support billing and data management while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–7 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules.
• Proficiency with CRM and dispatch software to track service calls.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and dispatching service requests to field technicians.
• Communicating with customers and technicians; relaying updates and delays.
• Entering details into dispatch system and creating work orders.
• Maintaining accurate records of service calls and technician activities.
• Problem solving to address delays or last-minute requests.
• Providing strong customer service and handling administrative tasks as needed.
