Dover's Vehicle Service Group (VSG) in Madison, IN is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate and track field technicians, ensuring timely service delivery. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, optimizing routes and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years related experience, excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM and dispatch software such as CAD and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch field service technicians based on location, skill level, and workload.
• Coordinate with customers and provide updates on service requests and ETA changes.
• Enter service details into the dispatch system and create work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, schedules, and technician activities.
• Resolve delays and last-minute issues; optimize resource allocation and routes.
• Communicate with other departments and vendors as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reports.
