Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in dispatching, field service coordination, scheduling, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and dispatch for field service technicians based on customer needs and geography.
• Maintain daily dispatch schedule and adjust in real time to minimize downtime.
• Provide real-time updates to customers and technicians regarding arrival times and changes.
• Track work order status, territory coverage, and schedule changes; prepare reports on productivity and response times.
• Collaborate with Field Service Repair Manager and Service Operations Assistant for status updates.
