Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher to join our service team. The Dispatcher coordinates Field Service Technicians to handle customer breakdowns and scheduled maintenance efficiently.

Raymond West provides a broad range of warehouse solutions, including lift trucks, racking, conveyor, and service. The role requires two years dispatch experience and a high school diploma, with strong communication and MS Office skills. This is an on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Two years dispatch experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and similar software.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals.

Responsibilities

• Open new service calls and breakdown work orders.
• Dispatch technicians using GPS for efficient routing.
• Inform customers of service call status per procedures.
• Prioritize urgent and after-hours calls to resolution.
• Maintain updates for National Account and IVR procedures.
• Communicate incidents to appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain customer truck-repair progress updates.
• Review billing notes before opening work orders.
