Raymond West is seeking a dynamic Dispatcher to schedule Field Service Technicians in response to customer breakdowns and maintenance needs. The role supports warehousing solutions and provides end-to-end service, with a focus on timely dispatch and accurate billing.

The candidate will open service calls, dispatch technicians via GPS, and keep customers informed of status. Commitment to teamwork and after-hours coverage is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years dispatch experience required.

Responsibilities

• Opens new service calls and breakdown work orders.
• Dispatches technicians to customers using GPS and related services.
• Keeps customers informed of current service call status.
• Prioritizes urgent, emergency and after hours calls and follows through to resolution.
• Prioritize and follow up on National Account and iTrack customers and maintain IVR procedures and reporting.
• Receive reports of accidents involving Raymond equipment and communicate information for action.
• Maintain list for trucks not to be repaired within 24 hours and inform customers of progress.
• Review billing notes prior to opening work orders to ensure accurate billing.

Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher to join our service team! The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling Field Service Technicians in response to customer breakdown calls and scheduled maintenance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.

• Opens new service calls and breakdown work orders
• Dispatches technicians to customers utilizing GPS and related services to accomplish efficient dispatch
• Keeps customers informed of current service call status in accordance with procedures
• Prioritize urgent, emergency and after hours calls and follow through to resolution
• Prioritize and follow up on all National Account and iTrack customers, maintain and update systems as it relates to service calls and statuses and adhere to and maintain all IVR procedures and reporting
• Receive reports of accidents involving Raymond equipment and vehicles and promptly communicate information to appropriate personnel for action
• Maintain list for customer’s trucks that will not be repaired within a 24-hour timeframe and keep customer informed of repair progression
• Closely review customer specific and/or any special billing notes prior to opening work orders to ensure accurate and correct billing

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate, this may include mandatory Saturdays due to business needs
• Willing to assume more responsibility as required

Education/Experience:

• Two years dispatch experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range:

• The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.

Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical anddrug screen.
