The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and organization, with responsibilities including scheduling, billing support, service tickets, quotes, and coordination with estimating and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dispatch or high-volume administration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-service focus.
• Strong time management, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize and submit job details.
• Ensure COD payments are collected before job completion.
• Manage technicians’ schedules for materials, billing and tickets.
• Run and review department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and service quotes.
• Create and maintain service tickets and work orders.
• Coordinate with estimating team to provide service quotes.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
