Overhead Door Company of Nashville, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking a Department Coordinator in Nashville, TN. You will coordinate field technicians to provide service to the customer’s satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a dispatch or other high-volume administration field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites, collect and finalize job details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Keep technicians' schedules current with completed tickets and ensure tickets map to materials, billing and voided tickets.
• Run, review and manage department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
• Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing document requirements.
• Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
• Assist with estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
• Assist field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
