The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, ensure payments before job completion, and assist with reporting and customer documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in dispatch or high-volume administrative roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize details for processing.
• Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion.
• Maintain technician schedules and align tickets for materials, billing and closures.
• Run and manage department reports to meet customer expectations.
• Assist with billing paperwork and create service tickets; coordinate with estimating team on quotes.
• Support field techs with troubleshooting and problem solving; provide accurate work orders and warehouse pick lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
