Job summary

Bühler Gruppe is seeking a Field Service Coordinator in Cary, NC to support our Field Service Engineers and ensure top-tier service for customers. You will coordinate daily field activities, serve as a primary contact for stakeholders, and help drive efficient service execution in a fast-paced team environment.

You will create quotes and orders in SAP, schedule jobs, and ensure engineers have necessary information.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred; manufacturing familiarity a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to type 50 wpm+.

Responsibilities

• Create customer quotes, orders, and purchase requisitions in SAP.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, POs, revisions, and scheduling.
• Schedule and track jobs in SAP Connect.
• Provide field service engineers with job information, travel details, and contacts.
• Be the first point of contact for scheduling Field Service Engineers.
• Follow up on parts needed per job and manage related follow-ups.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from domestic and international customers.
• Escalate concerns to the Team Lead when necessary.
• Edit trip reports, approve time in Connect, and maintain CATs reporting.
• Support QA/CQ processes in SAP and scheduling activities.
• Arrive on time and manage miscellaneous projects as needed.
