Handle customer inquiries regarding service offerings, pricing, and appointment statuses.
Direct urgent service requests or escalated issues to the appropriate manager or technician.
Schedule and confirm service calls using our field service management software.
Coordinate technician routes to optimize transit time and improve daily service efficiency.
Communicate real-time schedule updates, delays, or emergency service additions to field personnel.
Follow up with customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and lock in recurring maintenance visits.
Generate and issue accurate invoices promptly following completed service calls.
Process customer payments (credit cards, checks, electronic payments) and record transactions.
Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and assist with billing inquiries.
Maintain organized physical and digital records of customer accounts, service history, and work orders.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including mail distribution, inventory ordering, and file management.
