Job summary

FRSTeam is seeking a service-focused Job Coordinator to be the face of FRSTeam in the field. You will coordinate delivery of goods, communicate with customers, adjusters and contractors, and manage multiple job files with attention to detail.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays; compensation is $15.00–$20.00 per hour. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and professional communication.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact and follow-up through delivery of goods.
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors.
• Pack, carry, and inventory damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents.
• Remove affected textiles from homes (clothes, rugs, window coverings).
• Packing and moving duties may include full-house packouts.
• Inventory, track, and document orders through production processing.
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns.
• Manage multiple job files and assignments.
• On-call every 4–6 weeks for emergency response.
• Additional duties as assigned.
