Job summary

FRSTeam of Greater Montgomery is seeking a service-focused Job Coordinator to be the face of FRSTeam in the field. The role requires compassion, empathy, and patience, with strong decision-making and adaptability to change.

You will manage customer communication, coordinate with contractors, and assist with restoring homes after water, fire, or mold incidents. The position involves lifting up to 35 lbs, daily customer service tasks, and occasional on-call duties every 4-6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background; professional communication skills; production-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple job files with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact and follow-up through delivery of goods
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
• Packing, carrying, and inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents
• Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs, and window coverings from homes
• Packing and moving duties including full house packouts
• Inventory, track, and document orders through production processing
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns
• Manage multiple job files and assignments
• On-call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response)
• Additional reasonable duties as assigned
