FRSTeam is seeking a Job Coordinator in the United States to serve as the face of FRSTeam in the field, coordinating with customers, adjusters, and contractors. You will handle packing, inventory, and movement of damaged property from water, fire, and mold incidents, while maintaining organized job files and ensuring follow-up on billing and customer concerns.

The role requires a strong customer service background, professional communication, and the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in field coordination with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of FRSTeam in the field.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, adjusters, and contractors.
• Handle packing, inventory, and movement of property after damage.
• Maintain multiple job files and ensure timely follow-up on billing.
• Be on-call every 4-6 weeks for emergency response.
• Provide high-quality customer service and documentation.
