FRSTeam, Inc. in California is seeking a friendly Job Coordinator to be the face of FRSTeam in the field. You will coordinate with customers, adjusters, and contractors, handling packing, inventorying damaged property, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

You will work Monday– Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with potential overtime and emergency on-call duties every 4-6 weeks. Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Customer contact and follow-up through delivery of goods.
• Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors.
• Packing, carrying, and inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and mold incidents.
• Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs, and window coverings from homes.
• Packing and moving duties can include up to full house packouts.
• Inventory, track, and document orders through production processing.
• Review and follow up on billings and customer concerns.
• Manage multiple job files and assignments.
