Job summary

Taylor Sudden Service is seeking an experienced Industrial Service Coordinator to join our Saraland, AL team. The role involves coordinating service activities, communicating with customers and field technicians, and keeping multiple projects organized to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

You will prepare service estimates, process service and parts orders, assist with warranty claims, and support day-to-day operations of the Service Center.

Qualifications

• Parts and/or service industry experience.
• Experience coordinating technicians and service work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with forklifts, heavy equipment, automotive, industrial equipment, or a related field.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
