Job summary

Taylor Sudden Service is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our Nashville-area team. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate service activities, communicate with customers about repairs and maintenance, and help keep field technicians informed and on schedule.

You’ll also prepare service estimates, process service and parts orders, assist with warranty claims, and support daily operations within the Service Center.

Qualifications

• Parts or service industry experience.
• Experience coordinating technicians and service work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with forklifts and heavy equipment.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team.
