Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Missouri seeks a highly organized Lab Operations Specialist to support the successful execution of laboratory testing programs and client projects. This role serves as a critical link between clients, laboratory staff, quality teams, and operational support groups to ensure studies are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in a laboratory, quality, operations, or client services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Review client requests, quotations, protocols, and related docs to ensure study requirements are clear.
• Create and maintain project records in LIMS and management systems.
• Coordinate study initiation activities and ensure resources are available before launch.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular project status updates.
• Lead client meetings and document decisions, actions, and timelines.
• Collaborate with various internal groups to facilitate project execution.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks early.
• Assist with invoice review and billing milestone tracking.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and provide cross-functional support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lab efficiency and client satisfaction.
