LGC Diagnostics & Genomics is seeking a Field Service Technical Coordinator II to support a fast-paced global Field Service team. You will handle dispatch, travel, logistics, documentation control, and ISO compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regions.

The role requires strong admin and customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years in an administrative, customer service, or technical support environment.
• Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, and web-based page layouts/editing.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch service visits and coordinate field resources.
• Schedule travel for repairs and maintenance while aligning with tech support needs.
• Support document control and ISO compliance activities.
• Assist in training events and cross‑functional process improvements.
• Collaborate with global teams and customers.
