Job summary

Rivian in Utah is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central contact for owners during their service experience. The role requires empathy, organization, and brand focus, coordinating with the service production team and delivering clear, confident communication.

This level-agnostic posting covers entry to senior advisor across shifts, with a focus on hospitality, documentation, and precise communication. 40-hour weeks and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Available for a 40-hour work week including weekends and varied shifts.
• Proficient with laptops and modern software suites (Windows, Google Workspace, Mac, CRM).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners from appointment to vehicle handover.
• Listen to owner concerns, document them in the repair order, set expectations.
• Translate technician notes into clear language for owners.
• Provide status updates and manage timelines for service visits.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production teams to align service activities.
• Prepare and explain estimates and invoices clearly.
• Uphold Rivian hospitality and service standards in every interaction.
• Maintain thorough records of communications and repairs.
• Assist on-site liaison between Service Support Operations Center and local centers.
