Join us to apply for the Field Service Account Manager role at Clean Harbors.

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager to join the Environmental Sales team. The role involves hunting and acquiring new Field Services business within assigned territories, developing and deepening relationships with high-value customers to expand market share and revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance at all times
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Map and penetrate white space in accounts to grow business
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Meet revenue objectives and complete sales budgets
  • Collaborate with teams to expand account access and develop strategies
  • Manage sales activities, expenses, and negotiations
  • Handoff customers to other roles post-acquisition
  • Maintain CRM and track activities for strategic planning
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience, with a successful multi-million-dollar quota track record
  • Proven sales strategy development and execution skills
  • Experience managing multiple states and customers
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of environmental and industrial applications preferred
  • Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to travel 30-50%
