Advanced Roofing, Florida's largest commercial roofing contractor and an employee-owned company, seeks a Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator for an onsite role in South Florida. You will conduct field inspections, interact with building owners and managers, and develop customized proposals to extend roof life and protect facilities.

You will identify repair opportunities, present solutions, and use estimating software and CRM tools to drive revenue while aligning with safety standards and codes.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 1 year in a service estimating role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up, metal).
• Proficiency in estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in a service-focused commercial roofing environment.

Mansioni

• Conduct on-site inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, and building owners through professional consultation and service.
• Develop accurate and competitive estimates for service repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor re-roofing projects.
• Present recommendations and proposals to customers, helping them understand available solutions and make informed decisions.
• Proactively follow up on estimates and open opportunities to support conversion and revenue growth.
• Partner closely with service technicians and project managers to ensure proposed solutions reflect field conditions and customer needs.
• Manage multiple projects and customer opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize estimating software and CRM tools to prepare proposals, track activity, and maintain customer records.
• Stay informed on commercial roofing systems, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert guidance to customers.
