Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems LLC is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security equipment. You will ensure proper operation and promptly address any issues to minimize downtime.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Administrative Skills: Proficient in computer software such as Android apps for timecards, expenses, and inventory control management.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and repair assemblies.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of configuring equipment and providing feedback on product performance and training applications.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and security equipment.
• Ensure products function properly and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or contacts to ensure satisfaction with services.
