Wittenbach seeks a Service Technician to travel daily within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure proper operation and promptly address issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift heavy objects, and the capacity to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Administrative skills including timecards, expenses, inventory control
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and perform disassembly/repair of assemblies
• Understanding of configuring equipment and applying training concepts on the job

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory for routine maintenance and repairs of cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment
• Ensure products function properly and address issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services
