Kastle Systems is seeking a Service Technician II to test, troubleshoot, and repair security systems including access control and video systems at customer sites. You will interact with clients, contractors, and Kastle personnel to ensure quality service and timely completion of work.

The role requires advanced electronics and electrical knowledge, mid- to advanced networking know-how with certifications, and the ability to diagnose complex service issues across multiple security platforms.

Formación

• Advanced electronics and electrical knowledge required.
• Mid- to advanced networking knowledge with certifications.
• Ability to diagnose complex service issues on security systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, service, install and test basic access control and CCTV systems.
• Diagnose CCTV system problems and determine faulty components.
• Program digital video recorders and network video recorders per client needs.
• Ensure services are completed on time and per Kastle quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and communicate with customers and contractors.
