Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Service Technician II to test, troubleshoot, and repair security systems at customer sites, including access control and video systems. The role requires direct client interaction and coordination with Kastle personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position involves a 40-hour shift with weekend start (Saturday through Wednesday) and field travel to DC Metro area, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced electronics knowledge.
• Certified in Avigilon Video Security & Access Control.
• Advanced electrical knowledge.
• Mid-level to advanced networking knowledge with certifications.
• Advanced diagnostic skills for more complex services.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot and repair access control and video security systems at customer sites.
• Interact with customers, client representatives and Kastle staff to service, install and test equipment.
• Maintain service orders and ensure timely completion to Kastle procedures and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and document work performed.
• Perform end-of-year and interim inventory counts and maintain company assets.
