Job summary

Allied Universal in Palm Desert, CA is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site security professionals and ensure full coverage. The role partners with Operations Managers to supervise remote service delivery and maintain high standards of professionalism.

You will conduct site visits, train staff, adjust staffing, respond to emergencies, and help maintain accurate Post Orders and reports. The ideal candidate has security experience, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and no major violations in 36 months.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service experience.
• Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations regularly to monitor performance and ensure site coverage.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees or changes to post orders.
• Respond to call-offs during shifts and assist with scheduling for replacements.
• Identify personnel issues and forward to Operations Manager/HR; may write a report or assist investigations.
• May administer counseling or disciplinary actions under direction of management.
• Distribute information to posts and obtain signed acknowledgments.
• Respond to client or site emergencies with appropriate communication.
