ADT is seeking a field-based Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small businesses across the territory. You will visit customer sites, tailor systems to their operations, and build lasting relationships while delivering ideal security outcomes.

Candidates should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and possess a strong communication style. Travel within the territory is required, and compensation includes uncapped commissions with a first‑8‑weeks training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate the value of ADT solutions to small business customers and explain products in depth.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within the territory.
