Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential home trades sales with teaching experience.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, primarily TX or Southern CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sales process training at various field locations.
• Provide on-site coaching during customer visits to improve sales outcomes.
• Teach sales process steps, overcome objections, and emphasize premium customer service.
• Design and build training curriculum to prepare the team.
