Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.

• Balance personal production with training and mentorship responsibilities.
• Provide business-to-business demonstrations for our supplemental insurance products.
