True North Group LLC. is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and lead field training for new agents, coaching in real-time to build confidence and consistency in sales delivery.

You will balance your own client work with mentoring, drive a positive team culture, and demonstrate insurances products to B2B clients. This role rewards leadership and impact on both clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership background preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
• Willing to obtain licensure in life & health insurance; company will reimburse.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and hands-on guidance.
• Provide practical coaching to build confidence and consistency.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused culture rooted in growth.
• Balance personal production with training and mentorship responsibilities.
• Provide business-to-business demonstrations for insurance products.
