Job summary

True North Group is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to mentor and develop new sales representatives in the field. You will lead ride-alongs, provide hands-on guidance, and coach for confidence and consistency while maintaining personal production.

Ideal candidates have sales experience with training or leadership background, enjoy coaching, and are willing to obtain life & health insurance licensure with company support. A strong team focus and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, with a training or leadership background preferred.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Team‑oriented mindset with focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) life & health insurance licensure, with company support for licensure reversal.

Responsibilities
