Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and mentor our new sales representatives in the field. You will lead ride-alongs, provide hands-on coaching, and foster a growth-focused culture across the team.

In this role, you balance your own sales activity with training duties, deliver practical demonstrations of our supplemental insurance products, and help shape the next generation of agency leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership background preferred.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed (or willing to obtain) in life & health insurance; licensure support and reimbursement offered.
