Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and coach new agents through ride-alongs, field training, and practical coaching. This role blends direct selling with mentorship to build a high-performing sales team in Michigan’s Portage area.

The position emphasizes leadership, team development, and a structured training approach to help agents achieve consistent results; licensure support is offered for life & health insurance. A strong culture of growth awaits.
