True North Group is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to develop and mentor new sales representatives in the field. You will lead ride-alongs, provide hands-on coaching, and model effective selling while building a strong team culture.

This role blends personal production with training responsibilities, offers uncapped commissions and a weekly draw, and provides growth paths into agency leadership through mentoring from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with training or leadership background.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching others.

• Reliable, organized, and field-ready leadership.
• Licensing in life & health insurance, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support new agents with ride-alongs, field training, and guidance.
