Meier Agency is hiring an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and coach sales reps, building future leaders within a dynamic, growth-focused organization. You’ll train in-person and online, mentor teams, and contribute to expanding our B2B field presence across multiple states.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales experience, coaching skills, and a willingness to obtain an insurance license. Competitive incentives and a fast-track path to leadership are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license; licensing reimbursement offered.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years outside sales experience.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Implement training programs for other sales reps focusing on foundational skills and leadership potential.
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions to build practical experience and confidence.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to help reps set and achieve career goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals and develop them into future leaders through targeted coaching.
