The Meier Agency is seeking an Outside Sales Representative Trainer to develop and mentor sales reps and future leaders. The role emphasizes field-based training in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

You will conduct in-person and online sessions, coach teams, and build a personal book of business while advancing leadership potential. A license in health/life is preferred, with licensing support available.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for developing future leaders and collaborating with professionals.
• Sales background, preferably in insurance, with a proven success track.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching, with a passion for helping others succeed.

• Proficiency with MS Office and training tools.
• Experience with sales software/CRM is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about insurance and obtain licenses as needed.
• Basic computer skills to support training and reporting.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already licensed.
