Qualifications

• Willing to obtain an insurance license and comply with licensing requirements.
• Experience with CRM and sales-related software is beneficial.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional experience or relevant outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and Manage Your Business: Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through cold calling small to medium-sized businesses.
• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create practical training programs for different teams focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, objections, and CRM.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging sessions to train new hires and seasoned reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work with managers to assess training needs and develop strategies.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure success via feedback, metrics and performance assessments and adjust as needed.
• Provide Ongoing Coaching and Support: Offer personalized coaching to new reps and reinforce training concepts.
• Mentor and Coach New Hires: Guide new sellers and help them grow.
