Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a 2-Quarter Leadership Track in sales excellence. You will master our proven in-home sales process and sell roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors, leading by example to achieve key performance benchmarks.

In Quarter 2, you will mentor new sales representatives, conduct trainings and ride-alongs, drive accountability and culture, and help develop future top performers. An uncapped earning potential accompanies a clear leadership path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or a similar industry
• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication skills with leadership potential
• Competitive mindset and desire to build a high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
