Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a Sales Manager in Training track in Nashville. The program includes a two-quarter leadership track with hands-on coaching, mentorship, and leadership exposure while selling high-ticket home improvement products.

You will master our proven sales process, lead by example, and drive team performance through training and accountability. Excellent income potential and clear leadership path are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in home improvement or similar.
• Proven success selling high-ticket products.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.

2-Quarter Leadership Track

Quarter 1: Sales Excellence

• Mentor and coach new sales representatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000-$300,000+ uncapped earning potential
• Weekly commission pay + Performance bonuses
