Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Upper Extremity Support Specialist to support the field sales team across assigned territories in Louisville, KY. You will gain hands-on exposure to the sales process, product knowledge, and territory management within the medical device industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or related customer-facing role preferred.
• Prior exposure to orthopedic or surgical environments a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support field sales team in driving growth and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assist with customer outreach, case coordination, and product logistics.
• Support sales calls, demonstrations, and product evaluations in clinical settings.
• Coordinate product availability, consignment, and order fulfillment.
• Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and key metrics.
• Participate in product and procedural training.
• Assist with regional marketing events and new product launches.
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing standards.
• Travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Lift and transport equipment up to 40 lbs.
